CAD/CAM Designer for Prototyping 

 

Pay based on skill level and previous experience: starting at $20hr

 

Hello! Looking to connect and explore a hire for someone with:

 

  • Proficiency of industry standard CAD tools and software
  • Ability to create both 2D drawings and 3D models for product design and prototyping.
  • Understanding of Product Design and Engineering Principles
  • Basic Drafting and Documentation Skills
  • File Formats & Conversion: Knowing which file formats are best suited for specific applications (e.g., STL, STEP, IGES, DXF) and how to convert between them.

 

We are in the dental/medical tech space and this position does not require a preexisting knowledge base in the respective field. 

Only CAD design skills are needed as the work is based around general product prototyping not limited to clinical applications.
