The Retail Merchandising Intern will work directly with our Retail Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams. This role is ideal for a student majoring in Interior Design who has a strong interest in residential design, project management, homebuilding, model home merchandising, and homebuyer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with the coordination of model home projects and schedules.
• Attend and observe model home presentations with designers. 
• Assist the opening of model homes and sales centers.
• Support the sales center display program and assist with the workflow from Marketing to Creative.
• Support the visual marketing program in model homes and assist with the workflow from Marketing to Creative.
• Working with the Creative team, assist with the design and rollout of design collection digital brochures to support sales and the homebuyer experience.
• Assist with the upload and tagging of Model Photography into the Data Asset Management System.
• Assist with auditing online listings.  
• Support the scheduling and execution of model home closings, furniture move-outs or furniture auctions. 
• Use various AI tools to create content.
• Assist with new projects, enhancements, integrations, or implementations as needed

Position Requirements:

• College student in a bachelor’s degree program for Interior Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial-minded
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in learning about day-to-day marketing activities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to successfully collaborate with co-workers from multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Experience working with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• 40-hour work week for at least 8-12 weeks in May - August
